We were surprised at how large this place is! From out of town, we were there to see a show. While waiting outside we noticed that the grounds were exceptionally well maintained and clean. Although into the evening and after sunset, we felt safe.

Love the semi outside mall! So many cute shops, great security and beautiful walkways! Favorite shopping center in the state! Definitely a lot to do, close to other shopping and commercial. They have their own stone oven even! Lol. The large chess game is super neat to! Stores open at 10am most days, but can walk around earlier. Clean restrooms and amenities! Can not wait to come back!

Very beautiful town center. Nice architecture and well-known shops. There is also a restaurant area that has nice restaurants. It is good to plan when to go since most of the town center is uncovered.

Beautiful outdoor mall! As a Richmond native, I remember when short pump was all farmland! Now that we have the Short Pump Town Center, with its high end stores combined with commonly expected mall stores, it has become a HUB and f activity, even when not shopping! Lots of restaurants, places to gather by an outdoor fire pit, places to sit and relax by water fountains- it’s a lovely experience, whether shopping or not! Highly recommend.

It’s an outdoor mall so it’s hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter. Lots of good stores and restaurants. We’ve gone to a stand up comedy there. It was great :) we also go to Texas de Brazil. The whole place is very clean.

Center is full of upscale shops featuring brand names. Good restaurants, including Firebirds that serve food on real plates instead of plastic bags. Well decorated and interesting with fountains and fireplaces. Christmas decorations are well done in 2024.

My first time at this mall and it was huge!! More of an outlet kind of mall, but it had all the stores I could’ve dreamed of. Movie theater is near by too.

One of my favorite malls I’ve ever been too to be honest (we’re not from here - just passing through). Very large, tons of shade, very well kept and as a bonus a few liminal spaces. Food was great and shopping experience was over all 9.5/10 (I prefer a higher end indoor mall).

Such a beautiful outlet mall, but quite cold during this season. However, very satisfied with all the stores & outdoor walk. Would love to come during the summer seasons when it’s warmer & flowers bloomed. Highly recommend checking out, but if you want Starbucks, I highly recommend buy on the app & pick up instead of waiting in line.

Short Pump Town Centet is a lovely and easily accessible place to visit if you’re ever in the Richmond area. Check out these cute lights on a recent Fall evening. They also have family play areas (and seats for adults to supervise) and a cute little train that runs most days of the week. Restrooms are always clean. Lots of restaurant options and plenty of stores to visit for all ages.
